Why this venture exists
The UAE invests heavily in innovation. On the inputs measured by the WIPO Global Innovation Index, its institutions, infrastructure and skilled people score strongly. The harder challenge, shared across much of the region, is turning that investment into protected, commercialised knowledge and technology outputs.
That conversion is exactly where intellectual property work earns its keep, and it is still hard to reach for many individual inventors, researchers and smaller organisations. National direction points the same way: the Ministry of Economy has made growing the country’s patent base, through initiatives such as its Patent Hive programme, a stated priority.
This venture exists to meet that need. It makes expert, evidence-based IP support accessible and affordable, with a qualified professional accountable for every opinion, so a good idea is understood, protected and put to use rather than lost.
The founder
This venture is founded and led by a qualified IP professional whose career has been spent helping inventors and organisations understand and protect what they have created. That experience is the reason the product is built the way it is.
Software can search faster and draft more consistently than any person. It cannot be held accountable for a judgement, and it should not be trusted to make one alone. So the model here is deliberate: the AI does the groundwork; a qualified professional reviews the evidence, forms the view and signs it. Human validation is not a feature bolted on. It is the core of what we sell.
How we work
Three principles run through every part of the platform.
Confidentiality by design
Your material is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is controlled per item, and it is never used to train AI models. What you share stays yours.
Evidence-bound AI
The AI works from retrieved sources and cites them. It accelerates the search and the drafting; it does not reach the conclusion on its own.
Human sign-off
A qualified IP professional reviews, amends and signs every opinion before it reaches you. Nothing client-facing is released unreviewed.
Every opinion is preliminary guidance, reviewed and signed by a qualified IP professional before release. It is not legal advice, and regulated legal work is carried out by qualified patent attorneys.
